We have created one of the largest behavioral databases on top performers in the world. We found that though they are each unique in many ways, they have common attributes that make them successful. We have found that we can develop many of these same attributes in others.

Our Philosophy
Everyone should be aware of his or her strengths, utilize them, and strive to enhance them. Strengths play a pivotal role in personal growth and help carry us to our destination.
But that’s not enough.
Countless people play to their strengths … and eventually reach a plateau. To move at full speed, we must also identify and break our “Personal Constraints”. The constraint can turn out to actually be a perceived strength. Someone who is extremely confident may reach a point that over-confidence turns into stubbornness or unwillingness to hear input from others. Someone who is nurturing may have to be careful of over-nurturing to the point of avoiding conflict or holding back feedback from others. The key is to embrace and maintain the strength while being aware of reaching their tipping point.
