Our Philosophy
Everyone should be aware of his or her strengths, utilize them, and strive to enhance them. Strengths play a pivotal role in personal growth and help carry us to our destination.

But that’s not enough.
Countless people play to their strengths … and eventually reach a plateau. To move at full speed, we must also identify and break our “Personal Constraints”. The constraint can turn out to actually be a perceived strength. Someone who is extremely confident may reach a point that over-confidence turns into stubbornness or unwillingness to hear input from others. Someone who is nurturing may have to be careful of over-nurturing to the point of avoiding conflict or holding back feedback from others. The key is to embrace and maintain the strength while being aware of reaching their tipping point.
