When my wife Susan and I started this company in 1990, we had a clear mission: to bring out the best in people.
Over 35 years later, that mission continues to guide our work in schools, businesses, non-profits, and communities across the country and around the world. We are both humbled and proud of the work we get to do alongside our incredible team; it is more impactful than anything we could have imagined.

Education has been central to this work. It began with my deep concern for the state of our youth and the future of our nation. Susan and I both vividly remember the day we committed to starting something that would change the headlines people read about our young people.
Our education company, Capturing Kids’ Hearts®, is now on more than 11,000 campuses across 46 states, helping to transform schools into places people want to be and communities can be proud of.
When schools use our approach, they see measurable improvements in academic performance, behavior management, student engagement, enrollment, and teacher satisfaction.
